Requests for resceduling must be received prior to the date and arrival time of your original ticket.


Requests received after the date and time that the tickets should have been redeemed will be subject to a restock fee of $3 per pass. 


Date and time to rescheduled to will only be to times that are not sold out once the restock fee has been paid.  



The last ticket is sold 1 hour before closing.  Please be mindful of the time selected, that is your arrival/entrance time.  The times later in the afternoon may not allow a full 3 hours at the farm.  On Wednesday the farm closes at 6 PM and on Friday the farm closes at 4 PM.    The farm closes promptly at closing time.


Due to the limited capacities. the need for online ticketing, the additional sanitizing and processes as a result of COVID, we are adding a fee on to each order.  We understand that some may or may not agree with this, however, in order for our farm to be open to the public during this year of unknowns, it is a must.  If you do not agree, we are fine that you are not willing to purchase tickets.  The fee will be included and shown before checkout.  Thank you for considering supporting our family farm (small business).  The Peterson Family
