Hubb's Farm is thrilled to introduce our exclusive Birthday Party Venue Rentals. Our farm offers the ideal backdrop for your special day, blending natural beauty with festive charm.

What We Offer:

- Exclusive Party Package: Priced at only $299, 3 hours of pure outdoor enjoyment. Say goodbye to the stress of preparing and cleaning your home – our package is tailored to provide a hassle-free, delightful celebration experience.
- Semi-Private Access: our farm during these times is not open to the public. Please note that other birthday parties may be happening at the same time frame.

- A Private venue option is a possibility for an additional cost.  

- Short on time?  We get it!  We also offer additional Event Planning Services from foods, decor, coordination/vendor communications, team games, and much more. Be sure to complete and submit the special event planning services form that is linked in the questionaire.  Need to speak with our event coordinator, call Beth at 910.564.6709 (office) or her cell at 910.990.7467. Beth's been planning events and providing party services since 1987!

Important Booking Information:

- September Availability: Please note, we do not book parties during September as we are gearing up for our much-loved fall festival. However, exceptions can be made for key staff members or immediate family, contingent on the farm's activities.

- Pet policy during private event and public event on the farm: We love our farm animals and our dogs. However, we have a no pets policy on the farm.  The only exception is for offical service dogs. Thank you for your understanding. 

- Exclusion Dates:

Mark your calendars – our 2024 Fall Season runs from September 21 to November 3, 2024. During this period, the farm will not be available for private party bookings at the special rates. Additionally, the first two weekends of November are earmarked for our "fall farm breakdown," impacting availability.
