Basic Birthday Party - $299 ($50 due at time of Booking)

$50 A non-refundable deposit must be made before your party is considered booked.  

NOTE: This pricing model is for parties on the selected dates.  These are dates that our farm is not open to the public.  The only people out on these days are people who have booked or have been invited to a semi-private event at Hubb's Farm

This booking rate is for personal birthday parties only.  It does not apply to corporate events, venue rental by non-profits for events or any other event other that a person's birthday party.  

Birthday Blocks – 3 hours, up to 50 People (include all people over 2 years old in the count)   $299  - A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining $249 due the day of party.  If inclement weather, we will work with you to rescedule.

• Please note that the 50 person count includes both children and adults.  

• The 3 hours includes time for setup and breakdown unless approved for additional time with Hubb's Farm before the day of the event

Birthday Blocks May be Semi-Private unless you choose a Private Party on the Farm “Buy Out”

 Additional guests over 50 - add $10 per person (ages 2 and older)

 Additional hours added would be $100 per hour

If you would like a guaranteed Private Party on the Farm “Buy Out” block, add $350.00.  Hubb's Farm is large enough to accomodate several groups at one time, at the time of your booking, you can find out if any other parties are booked, if not and you book, that does not mean that another party may not be booked.  A "Buy Out" will gurantee that your party is private for the 3 hours of your booking.  If you are booking for more than 3 hours, please call to get a quote on what the "Buy Out" will cost.  

A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be due at the time of booking.  If inclement weather, we will reschedule if you would like.

Enhance Your Celebration with Exciting Add-on Activities & Themes at Hubb's Farm!

Hubb's Farm is dedicated to making your birthday party a spectacular event! Alongside our venue rental, we offer a variety of additional activities and themes to add extra fun to your day. Check out these options:

1. Hubb's Barrel Train Ride: For just $25, enjoy a special barrel train ride, offering at least one ride per guest. The train is usually available for about 30 minutes. If you'd like it throughout your event or "on demand," please call us for different rates.

2. Wagon Ride Around the Farm: Experience our scenic farm on a wagon ride! It's $25 for up to 50 guests, $50 for 51-100 guests. For groups larger than 100, please ask us for pricing.

3. Pay Dirt Pete Treasure Mine: Dig for treasure at $7 per person (regular bag) or choose large bags for $25 each. These can be purchased on the day of your event.

4. Farm Animals/Animal Acres: Visit our seasonal farm animals for $75, with a staff member to guide you. Please call to book and confirm which animals are available, as they may vary.

5. Bubble Station: Add some bubbly fun for $50, which includes a setup with 4 pails of bubble mix and wands. Extra pails are available for $5 each.

6. Unicorn Pony (with horn): Enjoy up to 1 hour with a unicorn pony for $200.00. Please call to book.

7. Ultimate Unicorn Package: This package, priced at $299, includes a princess, colorful and fairy hair on the unicorn's mane and tail, painted hoofs, and a lei. Available for up to 1 hour.

8. Cranky Combine Ride: Take a ride on our cranky combine for up to 1 hour for $250.00. Please call to book.

Additional Offerings:
- Farm Store: Find sodas, snacks, canned goods (prices vary).
- Catering: We offer complete meals and fun foods. Call for details and pricing.
- Night Events: Interested in a night event? We have Drive-In Movies and more. Call for information.

- Party Planner Services:  Coordination of your event (ordering cake, foods, beverages, paper products, decor, set-up of tables/decor, game activity time leader, event invitation, and more).  If interested, please let us know in advance of your event. Booking Your Party:
- Online Booking & Confirmation: Book and pay the deposit online. Expect a call from us within 2-3 days to confirm. If you don't hear from us, call Tammy at 910-260-0490.
- Availability: If you don't see your desired date available, follow this link for possible reasons.
- 2024 Dates: We plan to open bookings for 2024 by December 2023. Call our office at 910-564-6709 for inquiries.
