Embrace the freedom to plan your visit, knowing that with the Pass Shield, we've got you covered. Please note that a Pass Shield needs to be purchased for each individual pass.
Refund Assurance: If you're unable to attend Hubb's Farm on any of the days we're open to the public during the fall season, you'll receive a refund of the ticket (pass cost) price, "no questions asked," as long as the pass remains unredeemed in our system. Please note, fees associated with the ticket are not refunded.
To be valid and activated: Shield must be purchased at the same time as the tickets to be valid. Refund of any unused tickets with valid ticket sheild can be requested up until 5:00 PM Saturday, November 2, 2024. All ticket shields expire at 5:01 PM November 2, 2024. To request a refund, please email info@hubbsfarmnc.com. Provide unused ticket number, oreder number and the last 4 digits of credit card used at purchase. A Pass Shield needs to be purchased for each individual ticket.
